It certainly has, Newgrounds is even different. Not so much of a ClusterF*** anymore. Though for some reason it doesn't like me still. I just submitted a bunch of works I've done the last two months and none of it is going up on the Art Section as new submission and I'm scouted so it should appear. I even checked the Unscouted section and not there. Nice to see that this site still hates me.
